    Its been third day since I started my morning walk routine. I must say I am feeling refreshed and lot better. I know it is too early to conclude. Long way to go! But I promise to keep going.

    I got up at 5:40 AM and was ready for a walk by 6. I started from room and walked to Nellikuppam road government school. After reaching school ground I saw many enthusiastic walkers doing the drills.

    Soon I joined them, walked 7 rounds and started walking back to room. Reached room around 7, took bath and got ready to office around 7:40. 

    I started walking from room and reached office at 8:10. Finished breakfast in first floor dining hall and reached my cubicle at 8:30 and started today's work. I am feeling good.

7 Years and counting!

    It has been 7 years, but it feels like just yesterday I joined this company. Thank you all for this wonderful experience. Thank you God.
